The cholesterol Buster
Ingredients
250g Quinoa
100g diced, cooked, chicken breast
1 onion
teaspoon garlic (optional)
2 peeled tomatoes
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 lemon or lime
PREPARATION
Boil Quinola in water with chicken bouillon cube.
Sauté chopped onion and garlic until onion transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes, diced chicken and cumin powder.
Continue sautéing over gentle heat.
When Quinoa is cooked, drain and add to sauté pan.
Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
