Ingredients
  • 60g of pearl quinoa

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 egg (or a flax egg, for the vegans: https://detoxinista.com/how-to-make-flax-eggs-or-chia-eggs/ )

  • 85g of brown sugar

  • 100g of butter (or coconut oil)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 100g of chocolate chips (check out the best vegan ones here: https://www.peta.org/living/food/vegan-chocolate-chips-brands)

  • 40g of nuts in pieces

  • 150g of coconut flour

PREPARATION

Mix the butter and the sugar in a bowl to obtain a pasty texture.

Add the baking powder, coconut flour, quinoa and vanilla and mix.

Beat the egg in a separate bowl.

Add the egg in the bowl with the other ingredients while stirring.

Add walnuts and chocolate.

Make small patties of cookies and place them on a baking plate.

Place the plate in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 ° C.
