Cranberry, apricot and pecan nut
Ingredients
1 packet pearl and red Express Quinoa
3 tbsp cranberries
3 tbsp dried apricots
3 tbsp pecan nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 rashers bacon, chopped
1 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped
6 sage leaves, chopped

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan, add the onion and bacon, and sauté until the onions are soft.
Set aside to cool.
Mix together the Express Quinoa, cranberries, apricots, pecan nuts, onion and bacon and the remaining ingredients.
Season to taste.
