Cast aside the rice. I’m your new cupboard staple. My white grains are smooth, delicate and packed full of fibre. I’m so versatile you can put me in any dish – from curries to porridge. My grains are here to take over as your go-to regular. OH YEAH!
I’m impossible to cook wrong! Pour me into a pan of boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes and simply drain in a fine sieve just like pasta or rice.
Where am I from?
My quinoa is from the Altiplano in Peru.
